Hey y'all!

We’re Gary and Kasey—parents of four, with two in college and two still in elementary school.

Over the years, we’ve learned how powerful it is when kids feel truly seen and encouraged, not just for what they do, but for who they’re becoming.

This toolkit was born out of a moment that stopped us in our tracks. One day, someone called our youngest “trash,” on the playground, and we realized that even though we thought we were calling out the good, we weren’t always being as specific or intentional as we could be.
